Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.

If you have not received your items because of entering the wrong shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund, the product will be disposed of if returned from the wrong address.

An item with multiple attempts for delivery from the courier and you haven’t collected it or called the courier to receive an update and it is returned to sender, then we can’t offer a refund. 

For other items, including Cookie Cutters because it comes in contact with food we are not able to provide a refund.

For other merchandise, our policy states 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased from our store, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopen.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other payment methods:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 – 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by the bank.
Next contact your bank or PayPal. Often there is a processing time before a refund is processed .

Missing item policy does not apply if you have ordered for delivery to a Hospital, University, Police Station or Large Public Venues that do not have contact numbers and clear instructions for delivery.
