Order Confirmation
When your order is accepted. Please ensure that all details are accurate and correct, and that you understand the Full Terms & Conditions. Please let Mr Cookies know immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed. Mr Cookies will take no responsibility for any errors.

Allergies
When placing an order, please notify Mr Cookies of any allergies. We cannot guarantee that our products are nut/gluten/dairy free as our equipment at some point in time has come into contact with these items.

Loss or Damages
Mr Cookies will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged after they have been delivered. Variations in Final Products, All our goods are individually handmade, and therefore may not always appear exactly as in photographs or descriptions. All photographs on our Mr Cookies website are published to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe.

Changes to Order
Any major changes to your order less than 14 days before the required date may incur a fee for reworking of design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.

Edible Image Prints & Postage
If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. Once your order leaves our premises, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier on the tracking
